Sweet Heat

I actually think this is really cool. I do agree with the other critique about the sand. Adding some texture would make the sand a little more interesting and convincing. I like the colors of the sunset. The streaks in the sky are interesting. They add some texture there which is neat. I actually kinda like the anatomy. What an interesting creature. And those haunting, glowing eyes! Really cool! I also need to comment on the shadow as well as the coloring of the sun. Both seem to add some depth to the piece...especially the shadow. The shadow is pretty convincing. Great job!
